How do I insert a sound(.wav) or motion(MPEG) into a word doc?

Question basically says it all. Word 2000 had the ability, but I can't figure
how to do it in Word 2007

Insert > Object > Create from file > Pick your media file > check the
'Display as Icon' check box.
