How do I insert an attachment within an e-mail & NOT under To:CC:

Currently when I add an attachment or drag drop a file into the email
message, it comes up under the "To:", "CC:", "Subject:" fields as "Attach..."

How do I change it to have the attachment be A PART OF the email. So that it
is in-line with the text in the e-mail?

Change to Rich Text Format.
NOTE: If you are sending to non-Outlook users then this will cause problems
on the recipients end, such as not being able to see the attachment.
