how do I insert an .emz file in Microsoft Word 2003.

EMZ is a compressed EMF (enhanced metafile) graphics format - try insert >
image.
If that doesn't work, rename the file to change the extension to zip then
open the zip file and extract the emf file the zip contains. Word should be
able to insert emf format.
