How do I insert an endnote number in a text box?

I have a text box created in a document. I want to cross-reference the
information to an endnote.

Hi, Bug,

I don't believe that text boxes have that robust functionality. Do you have
to use a text box, or could you use a paragraph that has borders around it?

You might want to post to one of the Word groups to find more Word gurus.
This newsgroup handles mainly update and installation issues related to
Office.
