How do I insert an EPS file in Word?

I have inserted an EPS file, which I have created in Quark Express, into a
Word document, however it will not activate the contents (a company logo) and
just shows the EPS icon on the screen and when printing to a PostScript
printer. I have also installed the proper filters from the MS Office disk. I
need advice or direction. Thanks.

What version of Word are you using?
Are you using Insert=>Picture=>From File?
What level Postscript are you using in creating the graphic?
