how do I insert an image file into Word AND display the file name

I need to insert a number of image files in a Word document and for each
image, I need to display the file name below it - any ideas?

For the caption you could (1) create a hyperlink to the file, then (2) remove
the hyperlink, which you can edit to include only what information you want.
