How do I insert animated images in forms?

For my school assignment, I have to create a working database using Access
2003. I want to make a loading screen and have an animated .gif file ready to
insert into my title form. I tried to insert the .gif file but instead of
playing, it stays still on the first frame. Does anyone know how I can fix
this? The database is due in for marking in a few weeks.
