How do I insert extra fields in Address Block for Mail Merge?

I need to include more fields in the Address Block - such as Job Title, extra
address lines etc to match my database. I could insert the fields separately
in the Merge, instead of using the preset Address block, but is it possible
to ensure that empty fields do not appear in the layout that appears on
letter or envelope?

Don't use the AddressBlock, just insert the fields that you want to use in
the configuration that you want.

Thanks - I tried that but I have many countries in the database and do not want UK to appear on UK addresses. Address block does that automatically - Is there a way of doing this myself? Also is there a means of ensuring that blank fields do not appear as a space or empty line please?

The addressblock field dows not work properly outside the US. The
postal_address field in Outlook will remove United Kingdom automatically,
alternatively you can conditionally insert the country eg

{IF {Mergefield Country} <> "United K*" "{Mergefield Country}"}
