How do i insert horizontal text into a column?

need to create a table with horizontal text in a column with cells any help

Text in a column (all text, in fact) is normally horizontal. Can you give a
better explanation of what you're trying to do.

You can change the text direction of a table cell (or text box). For
Word versions before Word 2007, use Format | Text Direction.
