How do I insert letters on my business letterhead so that I can e.

I would like to write letters to clients direct to my letter head and then
e-mail it rather than writing on a blank page and printing to letter head,
then fax or scan it.
Type the letter and e-mail all in my computer.

You haven't said if the letter is to contain Access data?
If not just put the Letter Head layout in a Word Template,
open the template in a new document write the letter and
then do a "Send To Email Recipient". That's the easiest,
not the best way.
