How do I insert Realplayer Flash video into Powerpoint?

Am trying to insert a you tube clip into a powerpoint presentation. It
appears to be a Flash video. It works in Realplayer but is not recognised by
Windows Media player, Quicktime etc. How can I play the clip in the
presentation?
