There are several ways to accomplish this:
1. If you want to add a row below the current row, just tab out of the last
cell, and Word will create a new row.
2. If you want to add a row above a given row, select the row, right click,
and choose Insert Rows.
3. If you want to add a row below a given row (not the last):
(a) Select the row and go to Table | Insert | Rows Below; or
(b) Use the right arrow key to position the insertion point just to the
right of the last cell in the row and press Enter.
