How do I insert signatures/ text with shortcut key strokes?

I'm using Word 07, I want to insert saved comments and signatures with
shortcuts or short key strokes. Wordperfect called them "quick text", I
would highlight the phase (ex: Winchester, VA 22601) hit formatting name
it 22601. Then anytime I typed "22601" the full address would pop up. How
do I do this in Word?
