How do I insert text box in Microsoft Office Document Imaging

When I want to insert a text box in Microsoft Office Document Imaging it dont
do it The same apply to Pen, Highlighter and Annotations. Please advise me
how to set up

You'll want to be using Microsoft Word to insert the text box. Read in
Help about how to do it. Then create the document image with the
Document Imaging tool.

Not very helpfull to me either. I already have the documents in the ODI .
The tool bar that is supposed to be there "Annotations" is not there so no
can put text into text boxes. Where is it and how do I get it to show up
where I need it?
