How do I insert text upside down?

I need some of my text to be upside down, preferably in a text box but can't
figure out how to get the text box to be upside down, using MS Word 2007 but
stuck in compatibility mode.

Word doesn't have the ability, in any version, to turn plain text
upside down. You can convert it to a graphic, most easily in
PowerPoint, and rotate that. See
