This page says that you get 90-days of no-charge tech support *from the
date you place your first support request*. It's a toll-free number. Call
them and tell them that it's an installation issue. If they mention
charging you, remind them of this website. (No way I'd pay $49 for that.
I'd pay some local tech center $49 to install it for me and be done with
it.)

Yeah your assumption is correct. I did the same thing with Google and
called
Microsoft but Bill Gates wants more of my money...haha. Yes I bought
the US
version and yes I'm in the military. Sorry for being so sarcastic but
I'm
just a little mad for calling Microsoft and telling them all my info and
getting nothing out of it.
:
I Googled that error message and there were several hits but most
seemed to
have been about the beta version. Did you select a US version when you
ordered it? (I'm assuming you are US military.)

I bought it online through the military.

Where did you buy your copy of Office from?

I bought Office Enterprise 2007 and I when I try to install it I get
the
reply, "the language of this installation package is not supported
by
your
system".
I have Windows XP with SP2.
Thanks for the help if anybody can.
