how do i install a security update that fails (kb921566)?

I received 2 automatic update messages for Office 2003
Security Update for Office 2003 (kb921566)
and
Update for Outlook 2003 Junk email filter (kb920907)
I repeatedly get "Installation Unsuccesful) when attempting to install.

Any ideas?
