How do I install Active X Control?

Instructions say to right click on the info bar, select "Install ActiveX
Control. When I right click on the info bar I don't haave that choice. All
I see are the first options unaccessible, then "Save Picture, Email Picture"
etc.

Yes, I can do that but these are the instructions on the OneNote CD. If the
instructions are correct or clear or if there is a step missing, that should
be on the CD.

OK. Can you provide more detail about what you're trying to do? From
the description, it seemed like an error with IE running under XP Service
Pack 2.

This is an error in OneNote? Or maybe one of the help or tour programs
that comes on the OneNote CD? What type of data is on the screen when
you try to click on this Info Bar?
