How do I install additional Office Assistants in Office 2004

Hi, I read a previous post (from November 2004) that the Office 2004
version does not have Office Assistants.

ie. The buttons to choose other assistants are greyed out.

The November 2004 post suggested that the old Mac office x assistants
could still be used.... How do i do it? With my old Office Mac X they
were in the Value Pack as optional installations. Now when I try to
select them to install them it says that it cannot find the Office Mac
X folder (which I uninstalled when installing my new Office 2004).

Suggestions would be great. Thanks

Just look on the CD for Office X, in the Value Pack, and drag them from the
CD to the appropriate place on your harddrive (apps/ms office
2004/office/assistants). Bypass the installer entirely, dig in the CD
folder structure.
