How do I install another dictionary (german) onto my computer.

I have the english verson of Office 2007. I live in germany and want to be
able to correct in german language. It does not work.
I have a german language dictionary from Office 2003 and want to use it with
Office 2007. What am I not doing correctly. Plese help. I want it to work
in all of the programs, especially in Outlook.
