How do I install/load MSDE (Access 2000)?

I am unable to find and manually install the MSDE (SQL Server) from my Office
2000 CD. The documentation indicates this must be installed manually to run
client/server mode. I also want the upgrade wizard to facilitate Jet/MSDE
transition.

There should be a folder named SQL on the CD. I don't have the 2000
disk handy, but IIRC it was within the Access folder. It's got an
install executable inside it, that isn't run by default; you must go
look for it.
