How do I install Metamail?

I have Outlook Express for my email. Lately when I hit the desktop icon, it
says a new version of something, Outlook? Metamail? has been installed and I
need to reinstall Metamail in order to continue getting email.

Uh, where do I find that and how do I do it?

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
