How do I install Office Student Edition 03 in a second computer?

We purchased and installed Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003 in one
computer years ago and now wish to install it in a second home computer (a
new HP compaq with pentium 4) as we should be permitted to do according to
the licensing agreement. When I insert the installation disk, however,
nothing happens.

If you insert it into your old computer, does it start the installation routine? Doe your new computer have a CD or DVD drive?
