how do I install office update thoughout a network

Sorry about the lack of info. Clients are on W2k and I want to make sure
that everyone has SP3 for office TY.

Both Office 2000 and Office XP have (different) SP3
updates. The information link in the previous article
applies if you're using Office XP. Office 2000 is
similar.
