How do I install Outlook 2007

S

looper or others,
I attempted to standard install ofc 2007 for small bus over the same 2003.
This of course left me with Outlook 2003. I disinstalled 2007 and attempted
to custom install 2007 and check the buttons to remove all 2003 components.
Still, Outlook 2007 was not installed, OL 2003 was removed. The contents
for my installation cd has all components of OL 2007 with a red x. What's up
with this?

Charles - the only Office Suite that does not include Outlook is Home and Student. All others include Outlook.

To the OP, have you tried running the Windows INstaller Cleanup Utility to completely remove ll traces of Office from your computer? If not, try it and then install your Office 2007 Small Business Edition - all components should install fine but to be sure, select a custom installation and select "run all from my computer."

Sigh - do you NOT understand what Microsoft Outlook with Business Contact Manager IS? BCM is an ADD-IN that installs on top of Outlook, which IS included in SBE.

Sorry Milly, I really don't know what I was thinking at that moment. I know
the differences.

Not a problem - we all have senior moments, irrespective of our age!
