How do I install page border art

When selecting Page Borders art, the pull down menue says none. I enstalled
the 2003 Student teacher version plus service pak 2. Program atempts to
install page border art and I have the original CD..... But I get an
Installation Error Message: file not found,i.e.; " a required installation
file ZF561407.CAB could not be found."

Would appreciate any feed back. Did MS not include it on the CD? Can I
download this anywhere? Thanks,
