How do I install Svc Pack 1 without ZF561407.cab

I've been unable to install the Svc Pack 1 for Office 2003. The reason given
is that I'm missing the file ZF561407.CAB. My HWP PC came with a trial
version of Office, but I never activated it, opting instead to install a
brand new Student and Teacher Edition. Activation and Registration for this
purchased version went smoothly. The last thing I tried was to download the
72MB Full File version, but upgrading that way failed too for the same
reason. Any ideas on how I can get around this missing cab file?
