How do I Install Word 2003 as Administrator

What is the best way to Install Word 2003 (Microsoft Office Basic Edition
2003) for an office envrionment that will be sharing the calendar. The
network is set up on a pier to pier basis in Windows xp. I have purchased
all of the licences for the "fake" server and users. The server is backed up
nightly and I thought that it should be the Administrator and the users
Clients. I am not familiar with Word as we use mostly WordPerfect. I do all
of the intallations and computer administrative work for the office.

The calender will be used with a new Blackberry cell phone system. The
Blackberry will be downloaded on one of the "Client" users if I set the
program up as above. Will the "Server" hold all of the calendar information
set up this way and be able to back up all information?

We also have an old old version of Word on the System. If I remove the
program from the computers will the saved documents in the system remain on
the "server" and be brought in from the new version or should I update with
the new version rather than clean install the new version. I have had
trouble with a lot of other programs when a very old version of it is
installed and it updates to the new one purchased. I have found it better to
uninstall the old version and do a clean install.

There are 5 computers in the pier to pier network including the "server"

I understand that if I set the system up with the "Server" as the
Administrator that when I do the updates and patches that must be done in a
different manor than if each computer is set up on its own with no
administrator. Any tips on that.

Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks
