How do I Integrate custom help

Hi ,

I am implementing ISmartdocument solution using managed code.
My questions are:
a) How to add a chm to an office 2003 word(integrated with its help contents)
b) How to programmatically show up a particular content based on the
context node the cursor is in...(PopulateHelp content displays the same on
task pane but not on the integrated Help context, so this is irrelevant from
that aspect)

I am stuck figuring out solution for this since past 2 days...

I posted this question to almost all user forums and since past 2-3 hrs to
even Office MVPs without any response. Can some one from MS take up this to
help me sort out.Please let me know if this is possible. Appreciate your
time..
