How do I integrate non-microsoft PKI into my Infopath 2003 form?

I am building a form that will require a digital signature. We are
currently using Entrust PKI that will come up with Outlook and which I can
use in relation to my form but I would like it to appear in front of the form
on submit. Can this be done from the form coding without having to
reconfigure Entrust? and if so, how do I do that?
