How do I join together the form and subform in creating report

Your forms are your forms and your reports are your reports. They can use the
same tables and queries to get their data, but otherwise they have nothing to do
with each other.

Your mixing terminology. You can make a report with a subreport. You can make
a form with a subform. Which is it that you want?
