Only Left, Center, and Right alignment are available. Full paragraph
justification is not available.

The icons are not placed in any of the toolbars by default, but can be
added using the normal methods used to customize Office toolbars and menus.
The 3 alignment options are listed in the "All Commands" category.

If you prefer keyboard shortcuts instead, the same ones from Word have been
carried over (Ctrl-L, Ctrl-E, Ctrl-R).

Who knows? Details of the features to be included in V12 have not been
released.

I would imagine not, only because justification is a formatting feature
mostly used in creating finished documents. If you want to take notes,
use OneNote. If you want advanced formatting features which would enable
you to create finished, polished documents, use a word processor.

And I do not. Furthermore, Full Justiication has no place in daily work, for
the the result is often so spaced out that it is difficult to read. Even
some newspapers are switching back to left justification in their columns.

One would expect basic "word processing" capability from any Microsoft
title. I don't believe woody is asking for too much here. You're not going
to be typing up a large document inside of OneNote, however you do expect
some basic functionality while taking your notes. Give "woody" a break I
agree with what's being suggested.

It has been widely agreed and accepted that OneNote is for taking notes.
The way I see it the basic functionality they should be focusing on
should have to do with that function. In my opinion far too many people
get in here and try to demand that OneNote fulfil their every need all
within one program. I just want to be able to get the information down
and organize it logically. Pretty is for another program.
