How do I keep a table on just one page?

How do I specify that all the rows in a table should stay together so I
can keep the table on one page? Also, I've got one big table that
currently needs about 1.25 pages - is there a quick 'n easy way to
reduce it so it fits on one page? I'm using Microsoft Office 2002 with
SP3, on Microsoft Windows XP Version 2002 with S2 2. Thanks!

You can keep the rows together using the tips at
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/TblsFldsFms/KeepTableOn1Page.htm, but these will
not help if the table is too big to fit on one page. You could try reducing
the row height (select the table, choose the Row tab in Table Properties,
and select an exact height), but this will not help if the height is set at
Auto, which is based on the font size; in this case you would need to reduce
the font size, which would automatically reduce the row height.
