How do I keep paragraph-linked figure within Word document margin

How do I keep paragraph-linked figures within the border of a Word 2007
document's margins? I DO NOT want to fix the location to a page-linked
position as the figures relate to text, and so must move as the position of
that text changes.

You can put a picture (with in-line-with-text wrapping) in a frame by
the described procedure instead of putting in text.
