How do I keep text formatted correctly on business cards?

In creating business cards, the correct font appears in my word document, but
when I go to "Envelopes & Labels" to print them, the new font I purchased
specifically for the cards, prints correctly on the first line, then changes
on the second line. How do I get it to keep the same font/format?
Thanks,
Betty

In the Labels dialog, leave the Address box empty and click the New Document
button. That creates a document containing a table in which each cell is sized
to match one card.

Create your text in the first card, copy it to the clipboard, select the whole
table, and paste to fill all the cells.

See http://www.gmayor.com/graphics_on_labels.htm for other methods, especially
if you want to use a graphic image along with the text.

Thanks Jay. That took care of the problem easily after I had spent 2 days
wrestling with this problem.
