how do i keep the cells in a Word table from resizing?

I have created a Lesson Plan layout in Word as a table. How do I keep the
cells from resizing when text is entered? I want the boxes to stay as they
are. Thanks for your input!

Set the row height to an exact amount and the column width to a preferred
amount and disable auto resizing.
