How do I keep the headings visible while scrolling down in Excell

I have a large document with many lines. I would like to be able to see the
column headings as I scroll down through the document. Can anyone point me in
the right direction?

Select A2 and Window>Freeze Panes

Or in 2007

Select A2 and View Tab>Freeze Panes

Anything above and left of the cell selected will be frozen.

Hi

Use Freeze panes from the Window menu.

Activate the first cell below/left to rows/columns to freeze, before you
activate Freeze panes.
