How do I keep the Help screen on top?

Earlier versions of Office or Windows had an easily accessed feature that
permitted me to keep the Help screen on top so I could manipulate the working
window while consulting Help. Now, using Windows XP Pro, and a Home version
at home, and Office 2003, I can't find that feature. I know I can reduceboth
windows and view them side by side but what happened to my "keep hlep on top"
feature?
