How do I keep the Help Screen visible?

I need to know how to keep the Help Screen visible while I am using the
information on my document (Word, Excel, etc.) I use Windows 2003. When I
pull up the Help Screen, read the directions, and click on my document, the
Help Screen automatically minimizes. How do I keep it open?

Hi Sheila

The left most button on the help window toolbar is 'auto tile' - I think
this is what you are after.
