how do i know if i should upgrade my office 2000 to 2003?

i am little confused and dont know if i should upgrade my compute from office
2000 to office 2003. ia am a college student and dont know what to choose as
i cant afford extra purchases.

If you don't need the extra features, then don't spend the money.

Office 2003 Editions: Compare them to Previous Versions:
http://www.microsoft.com/office/editions/prodinfo/compare.mspx

If you decide to spend the money, make sure that the version of Office you
have is eligible for upgrade to 2003, because some are not.
