Hi,

How do I know the current working view?
I can't seem to see the name of the current view -- if I opened the file and
its there.

Thanks

MS Project 2003 here..

If you don't have the view bar visible down the left hand side of the
application then go to the view menu and select the "view bar" option.

This brings up all the various views. When your in a specific view the icon
is highlighted.

If I've understood you correctly, that should do it.

Hope this helps, H

Hi jp,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

The simplest way is to hover your mouse cursor over the All button - the
blank square above the ID column. The tool tip will reveal the View as well
as the table being used.

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)

Yes, it is 2003. Was there a way for the current windows to tell you
the view you're looking at other than going to the view menu?
