How do I lay out to get proper page placement?

I am trying to lay out an 18 to 20 page (5 1/2 X 8 1/2)
booklet. I want to end up with something which is easy to
print out in proper order, starting with Page 1. I am
using the landscape position

Any suggestions will be appreciated. Grampa Jim
