How do I left justify slide print outs.

I have a custom page size of 6x8 and when I print these slides landscape,
they are centered on letter sheet and therefore print starting in the middle
of the page and run off the bottom.

How do print the slides starting in upper left hand corner? Thanks

Powerpoint version 11(office 2003)

I was mistaken about the printing off the page, so I reprinted in both
portrait and landscape and although the slide does not run off the page, both
print outs had the slide centered and portrait regardless of the orientation
I chose on the printer. The page set up was portrait at 6x8 so maybe that
had something to do with it. I changed page setup to landscape and outputs
were same as before.

My goal is to left justify the slides when printed.
