How do I let someone preview my website progress?

I am designing a website that is currently not finished, but I would like for
a friend to view it before I publish the website to the Web. Is this
possible? If so, what do I need to do(settings). I am using Frontpage 2003.

How big is the web site??

You could always publish it to a folder on your desktop, zip the folder and
email it.
Have them unzip it, open the folder and then double click the home page
file.
