How do I Limit views to certain user groups?

I need to limited visibility of resources costs to only the executive,
portfolio and project manager groups.

Is this possible?

Make sure you display all views with resource costs only to the respective
category (can be defined for every view, see bottom of the 'Modify view'
site) and remove the resources cost fields for all other views that are
accessible for the other categories.
