how do i link a data access page on my website to the DB on anoth.

I have a data access page on a personal website that links to an Access DB on
my home computer. The DB is too large to put on the server (only allwed
10MB). When leave home for weeks, I want to shut down my home computer and
use my daughter's computer to link to the data access page but don't know how.

Dreamweaver is a program used for internet and often includes database
connection via the net.
