How do I link a table to the WEB - Access 2000

In Access 2000 or higher. I have the URL to a table on the WEB. I want to
LINK to that WEB URL. When I attempt to link (WIZZARD) to htm/html I am told
the object is read only. How do I get around this so I can get my data?
