How do I link an access database with word files

I have created a database for all my sermon files , theses word files are
stored in a folder.
How do I link my database with these files so that when I search a theme
the sermon will automatically appear
I am using officce 2003

What are themes? Are they stored somehow in the Word documents, or do
you intend to enter them into the database after you have created it?
