Sorting by Business State, I have several accounts where Business State =
None. Their mailing address clearly has a populated state field. Some
accounts have a business state, but I can't determine where the information
is being pulled from as their address field is NOT populated.

BCM Contact's "Business State" field refers to whether that Contact is
Active or Inactive. The state you want is stored in the field
BusinessAddressState.

Hi,

To sort the accounts based on the Business Address State, please do the
following:
1. Go to View-->Arrange By--> Current View -->Customize current view
2. In the "Customize current view" dialog window, click "Sort"
3. This opens the "Sort" dialog window. In the “Select available fields
from" drop down, select "Address fields". Then select "Business Address
State" in "Sort items by". Click OK. You may get a dialog asking you whether
you want to show this field in the current view. Click "Yes".
4. Close all windows.

Regards
