How do I link an off-page reference to a page in another workbook?

I have off-page references to pages both internal and external to the
workbook I am working in. I have linked the internal off-page references but
the dialogue box does not give me the option of linking in another workbook.
Is this possible?

Drag the Off-page reference shape on to your page.
Delete it.
Open the local stencil (File / Shapes / Show Document Stencil)
Edit the Off-page reference master
Open the ShapeSheet for the matser shape

Scroll to the Events section, EventDrop cell, and change the formula from
=RUNADDONWARGS("OPC","/CMD=1")
to
=RUNADDONWARGS("OPC","/CMD=4")

Close and Save.
Now, you will be prompted to add a refrence to another document (optionally)
